Hugh T. McGough 

Hugh McGough has worked at Homesearch-Florida, LLC. since April of 2005.  Presently he is our Property Manager heading up and running Homesearch Property Management, LLC. and is a licensed Security Agency Manager by the State of Florida.  Prior to working at Homesearch he was a New York City Police Detective with twenty years of law enforcement experience retiring in July 2004 with the rank of Detective Second Grade.  Hugh’s involvement with Homesearch  actually started prior to his retirement from the N.Y.P.D. when he and his wife Anita purchased their home here in Florida through Homesearch-Overseas, Ltd. in April 2004.  Upon joining the Homesearch team Hugh was and still is responsible for the overseeing of new construction for our homeowners.  His duties include liaising on our owner’s behalf with their respective builders, sub-contractors, insurance companies, and the setting up of their utilities prior to the handover of the new home.  Upon completion Hugh and his team will look after the daily running and upkeep of  your new home inside and out keeping it safe, secure, and in excellent condition for you.
