In 1999, after a successful European career in an executive position for a large software corporation, Geneviève and her husband Thierry moved to Florida. She obtained her Real Estate Sales license in 1999, followed by the Community Association Management license and the Real Estate broker license . These new skills added to her Associate Degree in computer science and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, leading her to a successful new career in Real Estate!  With the promotion to Sales and Marketing manager, Broker Associate, Broker of Record and VP of the company. Genevieve has collected real estate top-producer multi-millions awards since 2000.
In 2006 she sold the company to investors and joined a builder developer in new residential construction. Hired as Sales Director to reorganize, restructure and run the retail division, she was promoted as Director of Sales and Business Development. She signed major local and international agreements and structured the new division.
Most recently, she has chosen to work with Homesearch, a full real estate service company: New homes sales & residential re-sales, top quality property management and Rentals to National and International clients.   Her ability to converse in English, French and Dutch has proved to be a real asset!
